At Phloxbusiness, we strive to build long-term business relationships with our customers. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be as fair and flexible as possible while ensuring the integrity of our services. Please review the following conditions:

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Promotional and Special Offers:

    • Cancellations are not allowed for products or services obtained during promotional offers or special events such as month-end offers, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, etc. Due to the limited-time nature of these offers, cancellations are not feasible.
  2. Cancellation Time Frame:

    • Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 12 hours of placing an order. However, if the order has already been processed and communicated to our vendors, merchants, or execution team, and they have begun shipping or working on it, cancellation will not be possible.
  3. Non-Refundable Payments:

    • Payments made are non-refundable, even if the cancellation request is placed within 12 hours. However, the amount can be adjusted against other services or a future order within the next 90 days.
  4. Service/Product Discrepancies:

    • If you find that the product or service received is not as described or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service within 12 hours of receipt. Our customer service team will review your concerns and take appropriate action to rectify any issues.
  5. Customer Service:

    • Our customer service team is responsible for considering your feedback and taking necessary actions to improve our services. All cancellation requests should be directed to our billing department. Cancellation requests will be valid only after confirmation by the respective department.

Refund Policy:

  1. No Money Back Guarantee:

    • Phloxbusiness does not offer a money-back policy. However, if you are dissatisfied with our product or service, please notify our customer service within 12 hours of receiving it. Our team will work to address your concerns and improve our service.
  2. Flexible Payment Plans:

    • We offer flexible payment plans, allowing customers to make the final payment after reviewing the product or service performance within one week from delivery. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not guaranteed upon cancellation.
  3. Monthly Payments:

    • For services with monthly payments, it is understood that the payment for the next month is released only after reviewing the current month’s performance. Phloxbusiness does not guarantee refunds based on custom configurations, software performance, website ranking, or third-party services.
  4. Order Cancellation:

    • Customers can cancel their order/payment within 2 days by calling our customer care number. After 2 days, payments can only be refunded with management approval. Refunds for cancelled orders will be credited back to the original mode of payment within 7 to 10 working days.
